At M/s Anand Engineer's, our ultimate goal is to support India’s mission to become a pollution-free nation. Through the development and promotion of clean, renewable energy solutions like biogas and CBG/CNG plants, we are committed to reducing environmental pollution, conserving natural resources, and advancing sustainable development.
A Slurry Management System is an essential part of biogas and Bio-CNG plants, designed to handle the nutrient-rich byproduct (digestate) generated after anaerobic digestion. Instead of being treated as waste, slurry is managed, processed, and reused as an organic fertilizer, ensuring a closed-loop and sustainable cycle. Proper slurry management not only prevents environmental pollution but also enhances soil fertility, reduces dependency on chemical fertilizers, and contributes to circular agriculture.
Collection
The digested slurry flows from the outlet chamber into storage tanks or lagoons.
Separation
Mechanical or natural methods separate the slurry into solid and liquid fractions.
Treatment
The liquid portion can be further treated for irrigation or fertigation, while solids can be composted or dried for use as organic manure.
Utilization
The final product is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients, making it an excellent substitute for chemical fertilizers in agriculture.
