Facilities and Services Provided for CBG/CNG Plants

Our comprehensive offerings for CBG/CNG plants encompass advanced technology, robust infrastructure, and ongoing support to ensure efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Key facilities and services include:

  • Design and Engineering: Tailored plant designs based on capacity requirements, site conditions, and feedstock availability, ensuring optimal gas yield and plant longevity.
  • Digester Construction: Use of high-grade materials including stone ballast, M-10 and M-25 grade concrete, and premium Jindal-550 grade steel reinforcement. Our digesters feature thicker walls (600 mm) for enhanced strength and durability, and incorporate chemical-proof coatings to prevent leakage.
  • Balloon Systems: Installation of top-mounted and ground-mounted biogas balloons made with high GSM, 9-layer coated fabric from SIOEN Belgium. These balloons are seamless, highly durable, and guarantee up to 20 years of service life.
  • Compressor Units: Deployment of world-renowned Burckhardt compressors with capacities up to 550 CMH, ensuring rapid and reliable gas compression and filling operations.
  • Purification Systems: State-of-the-art Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) units that utilize activated carbon and premium-grade chemicals from Archema, delivering methane purity above 96%. These systems include emergency gas backup storage, live purity monitoring, monthly quality reporting, and integrated chiller units for temperature stability.
  • Digester-Mounted Pumps: High-quality Hydro Style pumps facilitate uniform slurry mixing to prevent crust formation and maximize gas production. Our proactive maintenance approach minimizes downtime and production losses.
  • Control Room: Equipped with Larsen & Toubro control panels and 100% copper wiring installed underground for safety and durability. Centralized cable trays ensure streamlined connectivity and operational efficiency.
  • Cascade Storage Units: High-capacity gas storage cascades with up to 1080 kg capacity to reduce refill frequency and maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Mixture and Pre-Feeding Units: Efficient agitator mixers and high-speed feed pumps enable thorough mixing and timely feeding of raw materials. The prefeed system maintains ideal temperature and material consistency, utilizing purified water and lean systems for optimal digestion.
  • Additional Infrastructure:
    • Tractors (50 HP and 75 HP) for material handling
    • Dedicated DCM vehicle for cascade management
    • Firefighting units and fully automated flare systems for safety
    • Street lighting throughout the plant premises
    • Greenery and beautification initiatives including ornamental plants
    • Harvestor/crusher units and Napier grass plantation support for sustainable feedstock supply
  • High-Quality Piping: Use of 316 stainless steel pipes for gas and slurry transfer, supplemented with flameproof blowers to enhance operational safety
  • Automation and Monitoring: Integration of Building Management System (BMS) and SCADA technology enables real-time monitoring, remote control, data logging, and improved plant management.
